The Role

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager (PM) with technical expertise in US hospital management, operations workflows, and cost optimization. The success of this role is critical to StatsLateral’s growth. As the PM, you will lead efforts to develop, manage, and launch innovative solutions that deliver measurable impact within large hospitals and healthcare systems, shaping the future of our company.

This role demands a forward-thinking, results-oriented approach to product management and a practical understanding of the healthcare sector’s unique technical and operating challenges. The ideal candidate will guide the project from vision to execution, ensuring all solutions align with market needs, the client’s operational realities, and StatsLateral’s broader business goals. This position is integral to driving success for both our client relationships and the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy Development:

You will own and refine the product vision and strategy for hospital management and workflow optimization solutions, ensuring they are future-ready and can scale effectively. You will use your US hospital industry expertise to define a compelling, differentiated vision that resonates with hospital stakeholders, enhances operational efficiencies, and integrates seamlessly with hospital technologies.

• Tech/AI-Focused Product Management:

Leverage your advanced data analytics, tech experience, and AI insights to deliver differentiated products. You will lead market research, identify user pain points, and analyze competitor offerings. We would love to speak with you if you can anticipate industry trends and integrate emerging technologies, such as Gen-AI, to create a forward-thinking, innovative product roadmap that stays ahead of market shifts and customer needs.
• Hospital Workflow & Cost Optimization:

Utilize extensive experience in hospital operations and asset management to design solutions that improve hospital workflows, drive cost reductions, and enhance patient safety. Innovate ways to automate and streamline operations, helping hospitals achieve higher productivity, operational resilience, and compliance.
• Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead collaboration across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with the product strategy. Maintain clear, proactive communication across all functions to facilitate smooth product development and launch. Create a culture of shared ownership and accountability across departments.

• Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring every product is developed with scalability, market differentiation, and customer feedback in mind. Develop go-to-market strategies encompassing market needs, regulatory considerations, and a competitive edge. Ensure products are adaptable to market feedback and evolving technologies, including AI-driven insights and automation tools.

Experience Requirements:

• US Healthcare Industry Expertise:

5+ years of experience in healthcare product management, focusing on hospital management, operational workflows, and cost-saving initiatives. Expertise in hospital systems, process automation, and technology integration is essential.

• Modern Product Management & Technology Integration:

Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle in a highly regulated environment, from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern product management practices, including Agile, Lean, and data-driven decision-making, focusing on continuous improvement and iteration.

• Expertise in Gen-AI and Emerging Technologies:

Demonstrated experience integrating new technologies such as Gen-AI, AI-driven analytics, and machine learning into healthcare solutions. The Product Manager should be able to identify opportunities for technology to enhance product offerings, whether through automation, predictive analytics, or data-driven personalization in hospital operations.

• Analytical Acumen and Data-Driven Strategy:

Ability to conduct rigorous data analysis and translate findings into actionable product strategies. Familiarity with using data and analytics platforms to track product performance, forecast market trends, and drive continuous product improvement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Extensive experience working across cross-functional teams, particularly in fast-paced and complex environments. Proven ability to build consensus, lead strategic initiatives, and work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

• Focus on Scalability & Adaptability:

Proven ability to develop scalable product solutions that evolve with changing market needs. The Product Manager must ensure that all products are highly adaptable, configurable, and built with the flexibility to integrate with various hospital systems and workflows, driving long-term value and customer satisfaction.
