  • AI-native by default. Every role uses modern AI tools as a force multiplier — for research, specs, mockups, analysis, and synthesis. If you treat AI as a toy, this isn't your environment.
  • Senior operators around you. Every engagement is led by people with 15–25+ years of product, GTM, and AI experience. You're never the most senior person in the room.
  • Real client work. No make-work decks. The output ships to a real client, against a real milestone, on a real cadence.
  • Path to convert. Roles start part-time and can convert to full-time based on customer demand and fit.
